Consumers Against Environmental Toxins
The panel of experts includes: Paul Schramski, director of Pesticide Watch, who will discuss the recently cancelled LBAM spraying and remaining concerns about "planned eradication" efforts by the California Department of Food and Agriculture;
Mark Shapiro, author of "Exposed," who will discuss the lack of adequate protection in the U.S. against involuntary exposure to toxic chemicals;
And Larry Rose, M.D., chair of DFA-Marin's Environmental Health Committee, who will present the public health effects of the chemicals we carry in our bodies and increasing rates of preventable diseases associated with such chemical exposures.
