Still Room In Environmental Education
Running weekly on 18 Tuesdays from September 11 of this year into next February, sessions cover the scientific basics of our local, national, and world environment. They also educate participants on what is happening here in Marin County around most of our local environmental issues, and train participants on how to advocate effectively for improved local, state, and national action.
The sessions include field trips to environmentally sensitive places in Marin, direct interactions with top local elected and appointed decision makers, college and university instructors, and business people who are leaders in the "greening" of business.
The cost is $380 and includes all classes, field trips, training binder, CD with reference/resource material, handouts and a one year membership of the Environmental Forum of Marin.
