Publisher Intends To Sell Waterhouse/Pepper Property

The Waterhouse/Pepper property will go on the market in the next 30-60 days. The ten-acre parcel and seven bedroom house have been for sale only twice in the last 122 years. It is an historic Victorian farmhouse bordering downtown Bolinas. Although the sale will be handled by a Realtor, Don Deane, publisher of the Coastal Post and owner of Smiley's Schooner Saloon and Hotel wants locals to have an opportunity to consider the purchase-opportunity. Deane intends to buy a smaller house in Bolinas as he is retiring as a foster parent.
