For those who don't believe everything they read in the press, and discredit much of the material presented on CNN and FOX NEWS, I'd like to recommend this recent paperback (available from Amazon.com @ $14.92 at last check).
The author, and friend is Professor of Economics at the University of Ottawa, Canada, and Director of the Center for Global Research. Chossudovsky's earlier book: THE GLOBALIZATION OF POVERTY has been read worldwide, having been translated into over 20 languages.

Chossudovsky outlines in detail the Clinton/Albright plan to disassemble the Yugoslav Federation, create ethnic and political unrest in Croatia, Bosnia- Herzegovina and other states, while setting up Serbia for 78 days of destructive bombing.. He investigates the political background for Washington's "pre-emptive War" strategy as it applies to the invasion of Iraq. As a specialist in economics, Michel's insight into the commercial as well as the political forces which drive our military interventions around the world is particularly valuable. The book, well-documented and readable, is a must for those who want to live in the real world.
