Open House Features San Quentin Prison Art

Artwork from Arts in Corrections program taught by local volunteer artists will be on display in December at the Northgate Mall. Over 50 works of art on display including paintings, etchings, beadwork and collages. Many of the art pieces are for sale and can be purchased at the close of the display in December. Artwork will be on display throughout December.
Drop by and see the wonderful art created within the prison. Refreshments will be served. Date-Dec. 3, 2:30-5:30 p.m., at Marinlink, 2620 The Mall at Northgate, to the right of the Cinema Theatre entrance between Sears and Rite Aid.
