Frank Pepper, Bolinas Scion
Frank Goodyear Pepper passed quietly in his
sleep on May 10, 2003. Merchant seaman, builder, historian, father and husband,
Mr. Pepper was 89.
The eldest son, one of nine children
borne to Marin Waterhouse Pepper and Lewis Gundry Pepper, Mr. Pepper was a
descendent of one of Bolinas' founding families.
He is survived by his wife, Louise
Pepper of Bolinas; daughters Cheryl Pepper Coleman and Constance Pepper-Hack;
sisters, Hazel Evans and Marin Atkinson; brothers, Miles Pepper and Donald
Pepper; granddaughter, Jessica Day; grandson, Benjamin Goodyear Hack; and two
great-granddaughters, Faith Day; and Charis Day.
A memorial gathering was held on May
25, at the Bolinas Rod and Boat Club.
The family suggests that any memorial
