The Coastal Post Is Going To Alaska!
The Coastal Post is going to Alaska on
June 18 with 100 readers-friends, writers, select politicians and just plain
folks from Marin and beyond. Fifty cabins on
Princess Cruses Regal Princess have been reserved at significant savings
with incredible dining, dancing, workouts in the gym, assorted intellectual
debauchery and selected stops along the Coast of the last Wilderness.
Publisher Don Deane will be leading the
cruise with writers and columnists. "This is an wonderful way for the
Coastal Post to celebrate its writers and readers after 27 years of publishing
the paper. With 30,000 readers in Marin and double that number on the internet,
we should find a very interesting mix of people with the select group who are
able to join the tour," Deane observed.
Flying Dutchmen Travel of Santa Rosa is handing the arrangements
for the cruise (see advertisement on page 5) which leaves from San Francisco
June 18 and returns June 28. Ports of call include Victoria, British Columbia,
Juneau, Skagway, Tracy Arm/Sawyer Glacier and Ketchikan. Call Cece Belrose at
Flying Dutchman Travel 1-800-248-7471 for details and reservations. Time is
limited for this special opportunity.
